I am a doctoral student in energy and environmental policy at the Carter School of Public Policy at Georgia Tech.

My research combines quasi-experimental methods with historical and contemporary data to study energy markets, utility regulation, and energy affordability, including the design and evaluation of programs that help households manage energy costs.

Much of my work sits at the intersection of public economics and energy policy.
